STIPEND FOR MENTORS : Apply for Asian Environmental Youth Network (AEYN) Mentorship Program 2026
The Asian Environmental Youth Network (AEYN) is inviting applications for its 2026 Mentorship Program, a structured initiative designed to support young people interested in climate action, sustainability, and environmental careers across Asia and beyond.
The program connects students and early-career professionals with experienced sustainability practitioners through one-on-one mentorship, skills development sessions, and peer learning opportunities. It aims to help participants gain clarity on career pathways, strengthen professional skills, and expand networks within the environmental sector.
Program Duration

March 1 – May 3, 2026 (8 weeks)
Program Structure
Participants will take part in:

Three bi-weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions focused on goal setting, career guidance, and professional development

Cohort-wide networking meetings
-
Optional career workshops, expert panels, and skills-building sessions

A small individual project, such as improving a CV, cover letter, or career plan
Mentor–mentee matching is based on shared interests, goals, and time zones. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion.
Opportunities for Mentors
Selected mentors will:

Support and guide young people interested in climate and environmental careers

Participate in pre-program training and mentoring sessions

Engage with a regional community of sustainability professionals

Receive a small honorarium, supported by the Youth Justice Climate Fund
Opportunities for Mentees
Selected mentees will:

Receive personalized career guidance from experienced professionals

Build knowledge of climate and sustainability career pathways

Improve job application readiness and professional confidence

Access a supportive peer network of young environmental leaders
The program is free for mentees.
