The Salzburg Global Center for Education Transformation Writing Residency 2025 – Apply now | Fully Funded
In a time marked by intersecting diplomatic, health, social, economic, and environmental crises, education plays a vital role in addressing these challenges and equipping people with the skills to navigate or prevent similar crises in the future.
The Salzburg Global Center for Education Transformation supports a variety of initiatives aimed at developing innovative solutions to critical and emerging educational issues.
Our key focus areas include education leadership, social, emotional, and creative skills, regenerative education, language policy, the potential of education to foster a more inclusive future, and education in emergency situations. Aligned with Salzburg Global Seminar’s mission, we encourage current and future leaders to build a world where every learner can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Since 2023, the Center has hosted three annual writing residencies, providing a supportive space for developing and sharing new ideas on education transformation. Our inspiring location at Schloss Leopoldskron offers a creative retreat, giving participants the opportunity to work in a fresh environment, free from everyday pressures, and explore their ideas in depth.
Don't miss out on the application deadline which is October 1, 2024, 17:00 CET.
