As a member of the Advisory Committee, you will be at the forefront of guiding the network’s strategy, programs, and growth. You will have the chance to work alongside like-minded leaders, contribute to the development of inclusive, democratic societies, and amplify the voices of young people on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Guidance: Advise on Democracy Moves' medium- and long-term strategy, focusing on grassroots growth, program development, and organizational structure.
• Program Development: Help shape programs, conferences, training, and events that foster global collaboration among young leaders.
• Governance and Accountability: Ensure the network’s activities align with its core values and mission, recommending improvements to operational efficiency and governance.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor young leaders and organizations, acting as ambassadors for Democracy Moves on a global platform.

What We Are Looking For:

• Global Perspective: We aim to have diverse representation from different regions of the world, with each member bringing deep knowledge in democracy, social justice, and human rights.
