All firms who have creative solutions to meet the requirements of the African population and its diaspora are welcome to apply for the Ecobank Fintech Challenge. It was made with these two goals in mind:

Find and assist Fintechs in Ecobank's 33 African markets that are prepared to grow through resources, capital, alliances, etc.

To enhance Africa's financial integration and economic development, take use of these pan-African Fintech success stories and the answers they provide.

The Ecobank Fintech Challenge finds and partners with Fintechs that are prepared for growth, giving them access to possibilities in Ecobank's 35 African markets as well as support. The objective? to aid in their development as prospective Pan-African Fintech success stories.

Program Benefits

Ecobank is offering a Challenge for African Fintech innovators and startups to scale up and solve Africa's financial inclusion issues. The competition offers commercial partnership opportunities, service provider partnerships, access to a pan-African banking sandbox, a well-established partner network, and competition cash prizes. The winners will also integrate with Ecobank's existing digital offerings, such as Omni, eFSC, Xpress, and mVISA.

Eligibility Criteria

The 2024 EcoBank Fintech Challenge encourages startups and developers to address customer pain points through innovative solutions, including improved online and branch experiences, digital analytics, efficient customer support, and defined reporting outcomes for improved Africa.
