Applications are now open for the Earth Foundation Mentor Programme 2026–2027, inviting individuals from diverse backgrounds to mentor and support the next generation of environmental innovators and sustainability leaders.

The programme has expanded its eligibility beyond university students, creating opportunities for professionals, researchers, educators, career changers, retirees, and other passionate individuals to contribute their knowledge, experience, and expertise. Mentors will play an important role in guiding young changemakers as they develop innovative solutions to environmental and sustainability challenges.

A new feature of this year's programme is the Mentor of the Month Award, which recognizes mentors who consistently provide exceptional guidance and actively support participants throughout the programme. Selected mentors will receive a USD 500 monthly award in recognition of their outstanding contributions.

Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors are expected to support participants through a range of activities, including:

• Providing one-on-one mentorship and guidance
• Reviewing projects and offering constructive feedback
• Sharing professional knowledge and industry insights
• Facilitating workshops or learning sessions
• Encouraging innovation, leadership, and environmental action
• Supporting young people throughout their sustainability journey

Application Process

Interested applicants should register as an Adult through the programme's online platform. After registration, eligible applicants will receive the mentor application form by email for completion.
