Applications for the Romanian Government's ARICE Scholarship are now being accepted by THE ROMANIAN AGENCY FOR INVESTMENTS AND FOREIGN TRADE (ARICE).

All international applicants can study in Romania with full funding thanks to the Romanian Government Scholarship, which pays for all living expenses, housing, and tuition.

The Romanian government, through the ARICE scholarship programme, is pleased to announce the opening of the file selection phase for the awarding of 40 scholarships to foreign nationals for study in Romania beginning in the academic year 2024–2025.

Eligibility Criteria

be a foreign student, ideally not enrolled in an EFTA or EU country.
hold the necessary paperwork to submit an application for a PhD, master's, or bachelor's degree.
if you are unable to grasp Romanian, be qualified to enrol in a preparatory language course.
