The Full Cost of Attendance*, which is not already covered by other forms of financial aid and the Student Aid Index, will be funded for Scholars based on the information provided by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the procedures followed by the college or university where the Scholar is enrolled.
*The cost of attendance may include additional personal expenses in addition to tuition, fees, lodging, board, books, and transportation.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, students must be:
Senior in high school
from one of the following ethnic groups at least: Asian and Pacific Islander American, African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, and/or Hispanic American
Pell-qualified
a permanent resident, national, or citizen of the US
maintaining a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) and being in good academic standing
Furthermore, it is mandatory for a student to arrange for full-time enrollment in a four-year degree programme at a US-accredited private or public non-profit institution or university.
*For Alaska Natives and American Indians, documentation of tribe enrollment will be needed.
