For component 1, applicants must contribute a minimum of USD 1,000,000 in co-finance from their own organisation, and for component 3, they must contribute a minimum of USD 2,000,000.
Component 1: 300,000 is the maximum

Eligibility Criteria
To ensure proper financial management of the funds and alignment with ISID, the Applicant must meet the minimum admissibility and eligibility criteria outlined in this CfP. Applicants will be excluded from UNIDO funding if they are subject to an Exclusion Determination under the UNIDO Policy on Exclusion from Funding.
Applicants must submit the following documents to qualify for the grant application:
- The applicant must be a legally registered entity authorized to enter into contracts/agreements with UNIDO. A certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or other relevant documents proving the legal status of the entity/company must be provided.
- The applicant must demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in the service areas specified in the CfP. The applicant should also disclose if they have previously provided services to the United Nations system.
- If the application is from a consortium, it must adhere to the requirements specified in this document.
- The applicant must submit a completed Institutional/Micro assessment Form.
- The applicant must provide audited financial reports and statements for the past three years, along with the completed and signed UNIDO Financial Statement and Certification Form (with a positive Profit Margin Ratio: profit/turnover). If possible, the applicant should include a D&B (or equivalent) ranking report. UNIDO reserves the right to assess the financial stability of the applicant throughout the process, and the applicant must provide a D&B number (or equivalent), which can be obtained from the D&B website.
- The applicant must submit the completed and signed UNIDO Bank Information Form.
- The applicant must comply with the UNIDO Policy on Exclusion from Funding and the UNIDO Policy on the Protection of Personal Data, by completing and signing the UNIDO Statement of Confirmation form.
- The applicant must accept the UNIDO model grant agreement and its general terms and conditions. If any changes are proposed, these must be clearly indicated and included in the grant proposal, or the proposal will not be considered. Any comments or alterations to the model agreement, General Conditions, or related annexes must be clearly outlined in the proposal, and the feasibility or acceptability of these changes will be evaluated.
