Youth4Nature is currently inviting five driven young individuals from around the globe to become part of our passionate volunteer community. Whether you’re just beginning your journey in environmental and climate activism or already have experience in the field, this is a valuable opportunity to collaborate with peers who share your passion for protecting the planet. As a Global Ambassador, you’ll be part of a growing network working from the grassroots level to the international stage, learning, exchanging ideas, and contributing meaningfully to real change. We are searching for energetic, committed youth leaders between the ages of 18 and 35 who are ready to contribute to the global response to the climate and ecological crisis. By volunteering with Youth4Nature, you’ll have the opportunity to amplify your voice, advocate for solutions rooted in nature, and be part of a diverse international team. The Global Ambassadors are a dynamic group of young changemakers who support the organization’s mission in various ways, and their profiles are featured on our website.

As a volunteer, you’ll be expected to dedicate an average of 3 to 4 hours each week. You’ll engage in work that centers on connecting young people with relevant knowledge, sharing powerful stories from different regions, building the capacity of emerging leaders, and shaping the internal development of the organization. You’ll help make climate and nature topics more accessible by collaborating with experts, sharing experiences, and contributing to global conversations. In addition, you’ll be given the platform and tools to tell impactful stories and spotlight the realities and solutions from your own community.

Youth4Nature is deeply committed to developing the leadership and advocacy skills of young people. Through mentoring, international networking, training, and field support, volunteers are empowered to become strong voices in environmental decision-making. Our work includes organizing delegations to international conferences, offering practical training, and connecting youth to key resources and networks they need to drive local and global solutions.

Working with us means joining a youth-led organization that’s growing fast and filled with purpose. Volunteers will be part of a highly motivated and global team, contributing to essential projects and helping shape the future direction of the organization. You’ll have access to learning experiences, leadership roles, and collaborative opportunities with scientists, activists, and professionals from around the world. In appreciation of your efforts, eligible ambassadors can also access the Global Ambassador Support Fund after fulfilling onboarding requirements and beginning active contributions.
