Successful candidates will join a structured 24-month graduate trainee program that provides in-depth exposure to various departments, mentorship from industry experts, and continuous professional training. Participants will have the chance to work on real business projects across GBfoods’ operational units in Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria, with the regional headquarters located in Accra, Ghana.

Throughout the program, trainees will acquire valuable experience in operations, supply chain management, production, and innovation within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Upon successful completion, outstanding trainees may be offered full-time positions within GBfoods Africa.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to recent graduates from Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria who hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Science and Technology, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Automation Engineering. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an added advantage.

Applicants must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a First Class/Excellent or Second Class Upper/Very Good academic record. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in multicultural environments. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of French or Arabic is an added benefit.
