Applications are open for an exciting opportunity to join the 2026–2027 ProVeg Youth Board and take part in leading the global movement toward a more sustainable food system. This is more than a typical volunteer position; it is a chance to have a real voice in global spaces where important decisions are made, helping to elevate youth perspectives, shape climate conversations, and promote plant-rich diets worldwide. Selected members will engage in meaningful work such as contributing to climate-focused initiatives, supporting advocacy efforts like the Belém Declaration, collaborating with an international community of passionate changemakers, and benefiting from professional growth through networking, skills-building opportunities, and potential UN reference letters.

The programme is designed for committed young leaders under the age of 30 with a strong command of English, the ability to dedicate around three to five hours per week over a two-year term, and a genuine interest in transforming food systems and advancing sustainable diets, with prior experience in advocacy or international processes considered an added advantage.
