PROJECT MANAGEMENT

If you enjoy having a comprehensive view and being hands-on, you can contribute to creating outstanding annual reports or supporting leading multi-channel campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include project planning and coordination, such as developing and adhering to timelines, coordinating project tasks, reviewing materials, and communicating with clients and subcontractors. Your success in this role will require both nerves of steel and a warm heart.

PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Do you possess expertise in earned media or stay up to date with paid social media and the latest trends on platforms like TikTok? In this position, you'll have the opportunity to learn about writing press releases, pitching to journalists, coordinating product seedings, and creating engaging social media content and campaigns. You may also contribute to organizing various events for media and influencers. Proficiency in Finnish is a requirement for this position since a majority of the work is conducted in Finnish.

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

If you're fascinated by the power of ideas and their impact on businesses, brands, and societal causes, and if you're ready to generate opportunities for your team through well-prepared phone calls, we want you. We are seeking candidates to grow and excel in knowledge-intensive sales processes, where you will pitch value-based ideas to decision-makers and create compelling presentations and proposals to bring new concepts to life. You'll closely collaborate with our experienced planners, creatives, and account leads. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, proactive sales, client meetings, CRM coordination, and project management support.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about engaging in societal discussions and decision-making processes and possess strong project management skills. As a trainee, you'll support our team by conducting background research, mapping influencers, and managing various client projects.
