Fully Funded to Switzerland : Apply for this St. Gallen Symposium, the Leaders of Tomorrow conference
As a component of the 53rd St. Gallen Symposium, the Leaders of Tomorrow conference promotes intergenerational dialogue on social, political, and economic changes. Students organise it, and among its creative ideas is the Global Essay Competition.
Current World Difficulties
The need for creative solutions is more than ever as we struggle with issues brought on by changed trade relations, the quick development of new technology, and the ongoing shifting of power dynamics across industries. The Global Essay Competition asks an insightful question, "Striving for more or thriving with less - What pressing scarcity do you see, and how do you suggest to tackle it?" in order to address this urgency. Young minds are encouraged by this issue to investigate, clarify, and provide practical solutions to the problems associated with scarcity that face our society today.
Notable leaders including Christine Lagarde, Satya Nadella, and Ayo Tometi have been guests of the St. Gallen Symposium, a unique gathering that brings together seasoned decision-makers with youthful, creative brains. The CHF 20,000 main award is shared by the top three essay contestants, inspiring them to turn their ideas into practical deeds.
Don't miss out on the application deadline which is 1st February 2024.
