The Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) Young Professionals Programme for 2024 is currently accepting applications. A rewarding career in international development can be yours with the knowledge, abilities, and network that the Young Professionals Programme (YPP), an entry-level talent development programme, provides.

With a 24-month professional experience that includes job rotation at IsDB Headquarters and Regional Hubs, the IsDB YPP programme ensures employment after graduation. The programme makes use of Islamic finance mechanisms, collaborations, innovation, and actual development projects. It accomplishes the goal of the IsDB, which is to empower people for a sustainable future.

For young people (YPs), the Bank provides professional experience, field rotations, missions, and training as well as career progression prospects.

In addition to travelling to Member countries and completing at least one rotation at IsDB Regional Hubs and Offices, YPs are expected to undergo a comprehensive two-year training programme. To assist them in navigating their careers within IsDB, they also receive coaching and mentorship.
