Applications are now open for Cohort 3 of the Lead(H)er Fellowship Program. This fellowship is a collaboration between YouLead Africa, Plan International MEESA, and the African Union Office of the Youth Envoy. It's aimed at young women in Eastern and Southern Africa who want to develop their leadership skills in Politics, Economics/Business, and Peace and Security.

The Lead(H)er Fellowship offers a safe space for young women to grow their skills and impact at local and grassroots levels. It's particularly beneficial for those who haven't had many opportunities on a regional or international level.

Here are the requirements for applying:
- You must be a young woman up to 25 years old.
- You must be a national or resident of one of the following countries: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Malawi, Mozambique, Lesotho, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.

The Fellowship lasts for 5 months, with the first module held in person and the second module conducted virtually through a mix of online sessions and self-paced learning. Participants will also have personal assignments, group work, and readings to enhance their learning experience.

Benefits of the fellowship include covering the costs of physical participation and providing internet packages to facilitate online engagement and assignment completion.
