The Developing Countries Training Programme (DCTP) was started in 2001 by Singapore and ICAO. The DCTP, which is overseen by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau and sponsored by the Singaporean government, has been extended for an additional three years, from April 2022 to March 2025.

It offers government personnel from qualifying developing ICAO Member States 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships to attend specialised training courses offered by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).

Every year, the Singaporean government sponsors the ICAO Fellowship Programme, which is run by the ICAO Technical Cooperation Bureau.

Government personnel from qualifying developing ICAO Member States are able to apply for the Singapore ICAO Fellowship, which offers 330 Fellowships and 10 Scholarships to attend specialised training courses offered by the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA).

Eligibility Criteria

who have been recommended or approved by your Director-General of Civil Aviation, or a comparable position.
Their professional backgrounds and portfolios relate to the course they are applying for.
Because there are only a limited number of fellowships available, organisations should only nominate one applicant per course.
