Applications are now open for the AGORA Fellowship 2027, a nine-month leadership and institution-building programme designed for mid-career African leaders who are already creating measurable impact and are ready to strengthen institutions, expand their influence and contribute to Africa’s transformation.

The fellowship is aimed at African professionals with approximately 8–10 years of experience, including founders, executives, senior professionals and institution builders who are leading organisations, enterprises, ministries, social enterprises or structured platforms. Applicants should have demonstrated the ability to lead and execute and should be ready to transition from individual influence towards institutional and systems-level impact.

To be eligible, applicants must be between 27 and 40 years old, be African, have approximately 8–10 years of professional experience and have a legally registered social enterprise or business operating in Africa. The programme is also intended for faith-aligned individuals who are committed to Kingdom-centred leadership.

The nine-month fellowship will provide participants with opportunities for leadership formation, institution building, systems leadership, mentorship and peer learning, strategic exposure, capstone development, residency and immersive learning. The programme will culminate in graduation and commissioning, with a focus on equipping leaders to build institutions and systems capable of creating lasting impact beyond their individual leadership.

The AGORA Fellowship is partially funded.
