Applications are open for the 2026 Youth Leadership & Creative Impact Opportunities 

The We Are Family Foundation has officially opened applications for two flagship 2026 programs designed to elevate young leaders and creatives who are shaping a more just, sustainable, and peaceful world.

With distinct focus areas but a shared commitment to youth-driven impact, the Foundation invites applications for:

  • 2026 Global Teen Leaders – Climate Focus

  • 2026 Youth To The Front Fund: Creative Frontliners

Both programs offer mentorship, community, visibility, and leadership development to emerging changemakers worldwide.

2026 Global Teen Leaders (Three Dot Dash Program)

Through its long-running Three Dot Dash initiative, the Foundation is seeking outstanding young leaders aged 13–19 who are actively leading environmental or climate-focused projects.

Who Should Apply?

Eligible applicants are young leaders who:

  • Are between 13 and 19 years old

  • Lead an active social impact initiative

  • Demonstrate measurable progress and tangible outcomes

  • Focus on environmental sustainability, climate action, or related fields

  • Plan to continue their initiative for at least two more years

For 2026, the program will place a strong emphasis on climate solutions and environmental innovation.

What Selected Leaders Receive

Global Teen Leaders will:

  • Attend the Just Peace Summit in London (September/October 2026)

  • Participate in a year-long structured mentorship with an expert in their field

  • Access virtual leadership labs and development programming

  • Join a global alumni network spanning 75+ countries

The experience is designed to strengthen both project impact and personal leadership growth, equipping teens with the tools, confidence, and global support system to scale their work.

2026 Youth To The Front Fund: Creative Frontliners

The Youth To The Front Fund is calling on young creatives and collectives whose work is reshaping culture, strengthening communities, and challenging systemic injustice.

This track is open to founders under 30 years old whose initiatives center BIPOC communities and address pressing social or environmental challenges through creative practice.

Eligible Creative Fields Include:

  • Visual & material arts

  • Performance & movement-based work

  • Music & sound

  • Writing & literary arts

  • Film & cultural documentation

  • Design, architecture & spatial practice

  • Digital and immersive media

  • Cultural strategy & creative organizing

  • Holistic healing, community spaces & sport

Priority Pillars

Projects should align with one or more of the following:

  • Arts & Social Justice

  • Civic & Community Engagement

  • Climate Justice

  • Education Equity

What Creative Frontliners Receive

  • Direct catalytic funding

  • Strategic support for exhibitions, programs, and interventions

  • Cross-network mentorship and collaboration

  • Increased visibility and access to arts, philanthropy, and policy networks
