The African Women Leaders Network (AWL) is an unprecedented movement of African women in leadership positions, jointly supported by the African Union Commission (AUC) and the United Nations (UN).
The initiative aims to strengthen women's leadership in transforming Africa, in line with the African Union's Agenda 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda.
AWLN is calling for applications from young African women leaders from the continent or within the Diaspora for the 6th edition of the IGR.

Women who have innovated in one of the six AWLN pillars (1. Peace and Security, 2. Governance and Political Participation (GPP), 3. Financial Inclusion, Economic Development, Natural Resources, and Mining, 4. Agriculture, Rural Economy, and Land, 5. Social Mobilization, 6. Youth and Emerging Leaders).
Measurable impact or recognized within your community
