Applications are open for Young changemakers with a passion for climate action and sustainable development to apply for the 2026 cohort of the Climate Skills for Youth Programme (CSYP), an initiative led by the Coalition for a Brighter Earth.

The programme is open to individuals aged 18–35, including students, recent graduates, entrepreneurs, activists, and community leaders who are eager to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their practical skills in environmental sustainability.

About the Programme

The Climate Skills for Youth Programme is structured as an intensive capacity-building experience designed to prepare young leaders for real-world climate challenges. Participants will engage in hands-on learning that focuses on:

• Climate action strategies

• Biodiversity conservation

• Environmental leadership and advocacy

• Green innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship

Through expert-facilitated training sessions, mentorship from experienced professionals, and guided project incubation, participants will gain market-relevant skills that can be applied within their communities, organizations, or enterprises.

The programme aims not only to strengthen technical understanding of environmental issues but also to nurture leadership, collaboration, and innovation among young people committed to building a more sustainable future.
