Applications are open for the Femme Inspire Program 2025, designed to support and empower women between the ages of 20 and 35 as they navigate their professional journeys. Participants will have access to mentorship, learning experiences, and accountability structures that equip them with the confidence and skills needed to redefine their career ambitions, seize opportunities, and cultivate meaningful professional connections.

They will be part of a community of driven women who encourage and uplift one another, sharing knowledge and experiences to help each other grow. Throughout the program, they will gain practical insights on how to effectively navigate the professional landscape, build influence, and achieve their career goals.

The program also offers opportunities to strengthen communication skills, ensuring that participants can confidently present themselves and their ideas. They will learn to harness LinkedIn to grow their personal brand, expand their network, and unlock career prospects. Additionally, participants will refine key writing abilities, enabling them to craft compelling resumes, cover letters, and professional messages that stand out.

Throughout the six-week program, they will engage in small peer groups that provide support, feedback, and guidance from both peers and alumni. Women from Africa and beyond are eligible to apply, with a commitment that includes weekly live sessions and active participation in mentorship circles.
