Summer Fellowship Benefits

The Thrive Summer Fellowship offers a select group of rising college juniors a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through a 10-week paid internship. Fellows will receive a stipend to help cover educational expenses and work closely with the Thrive team and its portfolio companies. During the internship, Thrive Summer Fellows will be paired with a mentor from the Thrive team, attend exclusive events designed to build entrepreneurial skills, and collaborate on projects with Thrive’s Investment and Impact teams at our New York City office.

Key benefits include:

- A **$40,000 grant** to assist with education costs for junior year.
- A **paid internship**, with an annualized salary of **$100,000**, starting on June 2, 2025, and ending on August 8, 2025 (subject to school schedule).
- **Mentorship** from the Thrive team throughout the internship period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Current Enrollment: Sophomore at an accredited four-year U.S. university, graduating in 2027
- Interest: Passion for startups, founding companies, or investing, with a strong drive to understand what it takes to build a successful and lasting business. Demonstrated interest in how innovation and technology can make a positive impact on the world, along with a future-oriented mindset.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to comprehend and assess businesses, develop insights, and answer critical business questions. A structured, rigorous approach is essential. A background in quantitative or technical fields is a plus.
- Communication & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. High emotional intelligence and the ability to leave a positive and lasting impression on the Thrive team and portfolio companies.
- Ethical Standards: Demonstrates respect for others, honesty, and ethical behavior. Builds trust over time and acts with integrity, prioritizing what is right over personal or political convenience.
