Applications are currently open for two primary engagement tracks: Delegate Participation and the Youth Summit Pitch Competition.
The World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026 (WBGYS26), organized by the World Bank Group, is set to take place on 11–12 June 2026 at its headquarters in Washington, DC. Under the theme #FutureWorks, the Summit will bring together young leaders, innovators, and changemakers from around the world to exchange ideas, explore solutions, and shape the future of global development.
💬 Track 1: Youth Summit Delegate
Selected delegates will take part in a dynamic program featuring keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, interactive Q&A sessions, and live polling. In-person participants will also engage in hands-on Innovation Lab workshops, networking opportunities with World Bank Group leaders and partners, and career development sessions with major international organizations.
Track 2: Youth Summit Pitch Competition
The Pitch Competition offers a global platform for young innovators and entrepreneurs to present bold, scalable solutions to pressing development challenges. The initiative spotlights youth-led ideas advancing employment, inclusive growth, sustainability, education, agriculture, and technological innovation.
Finalists will receive expert coaching and the opportunity to present their projects live during the Summit in Washington, DC. Winning teams will benefit from mentorship by World Bank Group specialists, expanding their professional networks and strengthening the impact of their ideas.
