Winners will have the opportunity to join the Young Global Changers Extended Circle or Community, and may receive a full scholarship to attend the Global Solutions Summit in Berlin, where they can present their project to a jury and global audience.

However, many current practices result in excessive waste, resource depletion, environmental degradation, and poor working conditions. They are seeking businesses and social enterprises that have adopted models promoting both social well-being and environmental sustainability.

Reimagine Social and Climate Action
Many individuals and disadvantaged groups face challenges in accessing basic needs such as healthcare, food, housing, and education. Simultaneously, environmental crises like climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss are worsening, further increasing social inequalities. They are looking for projects that directly assist communities affected by systemic inequities or environmental degradation.

Reimagine Civic Engagement
Globally, trust in governments and public institutions is eroding, with populism and nationalism on the rise. Alongside this, there is a growing lack of transparency, accountability, and opportunities for citizens to engage in decisions that affect their lives. They are seeking projects that empower citizens to actively participate in civic spaces and promote decision-making transparency.
