Applications are open for Students conducting research on the relationship between environmental change and peacebuilding to submit their work for the Award for Best Student Paper on Environmental Peacebuilding, which will be presented during the Fourth International Conference on Environmental Peacebuilding scheduled to take place 16–19 June 2026 in Ottawa, Canada.

The award is organized by the Environmental Peacebuilding Association and aims to recognize outstanding academic contributions from students whose research advances knowledge in the growing field of environmental peacebuilding. This global conference brings together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and researchers working at the intersection of environmental sustainability, conflict prevention, and peacebuilding.
