Applications are now open for the 2026 edition of the BeChangeMaker programme, marking ten years of empowering young people to transform ideas into impactful social enterprises. This global initiative is led by WorldSkills in collaboration with the HP Foundation and supported by UNESCO-UNEVOC.

Since its launch in 2017, the programme has supported hundreds of youth-led ventures tackling pressing social and environmental challenges while contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

About the Programme

BeChangeMaker 2026 will bring together 30 selected teams from around the world for an intensive journey focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact creation.

Participants will gain access to high-quality training resources through the HP LIFE programme, alongside personalized coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with a global network of experts, investors, and fellow innovators.

The experience is designed to help young entrepreneurs refine their ideas, strengthen their business models, and scale solutions that address real-world problems.

Final Pitch & Global Exposure

The programme will culminate in a live global pitch event held during WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 as part of the WorldSkills Conference 2026.

The top five teams, selected through a series of online pitches, will present their projects to a global audience and compete for cash prizes, recognition, and further opportunities.
