CASH PRIZE: Apply for the Entrepreneurship World Cup Pitch Competition 2025 for entrepreneurs
The 2025 edition of the Entrepreneurship World Cup Pitch Competition is now open for applications. Recognized as one of the most extensive and inclusive contests of its nature, this global initiative provides a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their business ideas. Each year, thousands of participants from nearly 200 nations compete for a share of a $1 million cash prize pool, along with substantial investments, exposure, and a final event attended by prominent investors and industry leaders.
Since its inception in 2019, this competition has awarded over $4 million in direct monetary prizes and facilitated access to more than $250 million worth of additional perks, resources, and professional support services for startups. Entrepreneurs from all over the world can participate without any entry fees. Companies applying must either be officially registered or in the process of registration in their country. Additionally, only businesses that have been established for ten years or less by the time of the final round will be eligible to compete, with the company’s formation date being determined by its official registration rather than the initial idea stage.
The prize distribution includes several categories, with significant financial rewards for outstanding participants. In the Early Stage category, the overall winner receives $250,000, while second and third place are awarded $200,000 and $150,000, respectively. The fourth-place finalist secures $100,000, and the fifth receives $50,000. In the Growth Stage segment, the top contender walks away with $175,000, while the runner-up earns $100,000.
New in 2025, the competition introduces a specialized focus on space-related innovations, with designated awards for startups incorporating space technology in different industries. These include a $100,000 prize for advancements in space mining, a field focused on extracting materials from celestial bodies. Another $100,000 is allocated to developments in sports analytics leveraging space tech, where AI and machine learning are enhancing athletic performance evaluations. Similarly, projects aimed at health monitoring through discreet and innovative wearables also stand to win $100,000. Agricultural advancements and resource management innovations utilizing space-based technology are also eligible for the same financial reward.
For emerging businesses in the Idea Stage, two winners will be selected, with the top prize amounting to $50,000, while the second-place finisher will secure $25,000.
