Logistics

The initial and semifinal judging rounds will be conducted virtually, either offline or via online meetings. The top 8 finalists (2 from each of the 4 award categories) will be invited to present live in Rome, Italy, on October 15, 2025. Each finalist will receive a $1,500 travel stipend.

Evaluation Criteria – How Your Startup Will Be Assessed

To stand out, applicants should clearly demonstrate how their solution aligns with the objectives of their selected category.

In addition to category relevance, the judging panel will prioritize startups that show strong investment potential and the ability to scale globally, with evaluation based on:
