Regarding the contest
Object
The aim of this initiative is to encourage youth in the Commonwealth to investigate the connection between trade and climate change and suggest ways in which trade policy might aid in addressing the climate emergency.

How can trade and trade policy, in your opinion, assist your nation solve a particular component of the climate crisis? Give an explicit explanation of how trade or trade policy can be utilised to address a particular issue, along with how it relates to the climate catastrophe.

Evaluation standards
The uniqueness of the problems stated and the solutions offered, the writing style, and the entries' compliance with international trade policy frameworks will all be taken into consideration when evaluating submissions.

The Trade and Youth Team will blindly examine each essay by grouping them together. A prestigious panel will evaluate the submissions and give the winner of the best essay a reward.
