- The program connects finalists with global development leaders, technology experts, and fellow changemakers committed to building a more equitable and sustainable future.

-Be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of application.

- Have a proven record of measurable impact over the last 3–5 years, advancing one or more of the Global Goals.

- Present a clear, forward-looking vision with actionable plans for scaling their work in the next 3–5 years.

- Demonstrate how the $250,000 prize would accelerate their organization’s mission and outcomes.

- Inspire other young people to act for global change.

- Embody the values of a Global Citizen and the spirit of a Global Problem Solver.

- Use technology or internet-based tools to enhance reach, efficiency, and innovation.

Selection Process

A panel of experts from Global Citizen, Cisco, and independent organizations will evaluate applications.

Up to five finalists will be selected around February 2, 2026.

Finalists will need to provide three letters of recommendation from:

A professional colleague

A funder or operational partner

A person directly impacted by their work

Additional documents or supplemental information may be requested during the final evaluation phase.

The winner will be chosen based on innovation, measurable impact, scalability, and alignment with the Global Goals.
