Young people who are passionate about climate action and eager to make a difference at the community level are invited to apply for the Spring 2026 FXB Climate Advocates Program. This is a free, fully online global program designed to equip youth with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to turn climate ideas into real-world action.
About the Program
The FXB Climate Advocates Program is a virtual learning and leadership initiative for young people aged 13 to 25 from all regions of the world. It focuses on empowering participants to understand climate challenges, strengthen advocacy skills, and design practical solutions that respond to local needs.
The program is delivered in English, French, and Spanish, with contributions from leading institutions such as the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University, Project Drawdown, the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, Africa Adaptation Initiative, and Citizens’ Climate Lobby.
Program commitments
Participants are expected to:

Attend 10 live virtual sessions via Zoom throughout the program

Dedicate at least 2 hours per week to program activities

Develop and carry out a local climate action project

Present their project outcomes at the end of the program
Important note
This program is a capacity-building and educational initiative. While participants receive training and mentorship, no direct funding is provided for project implementation.
