Participants in the VOYA Young Leaders Program will gain access to a rich and transformative learning experience that equips them with practical skills for leadership and community impact. Throughout the four weeks, they will be trained in leadership development, enabling them to confidently take initiative and inspire others in their communities. The program also emphasizes public speaking and communication, helping participants refine their ability to clearly express ideas, engage diverse audiences, and advocate for change. In addition, VOYA provides guidance on accessing global opportunities such as scholarships and fellowships, opening doors to further personal and professional growth. A key feature of the program is its focus on project building in conflict and crisis settings, where participants learn how to design, manage, and implement initiatives that respond effectively to local challenges. Moreover, the program offers training in social entrepreneurship and community development, empowering young leaders to create sustainable and impactful solutions that address pressing issues in their societies. Beyond skills, VOYA connects participants to a vibrant global network of like-minded changemakers, providing mentorship, collaboration opportunities, and visibility for their initiatives.

The VOYA Program is open to youth aged 18–30 who are passionate about leadership, growth, and community transformation. No prior academic degree or professional experience is required. The program especially encourages applications from young people in conflict-affected, displaced, and underserved communities, ensuring inclusivity for those facing the greatest challenges.
