FULLY FUNDED TO MOROCCO: Apply for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program 2026 for young professionals and changemakers

Applications are now open for the prestigious Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program, an annual gathering of dynamic young changemakers from across the Atlantic Basin. Set to take place from December 6-12, 2026, in the vibrant city of Rabat, Morocco, the program offers an all-expenses-paid week of intensive leadership development, cross-cultural exchange, and global networking, culminating in access to one of the most influential policy forums in the region—the Atlantic Dialogues Conference.

More than just a leadership program, ADEL is a launchpad for passionate and driven individuals between the ages of 25 and 35 who are making waves in their communities through innovation, action, and dialogue. Whether you’re from Africa, Europe, the Americas, or the Caribbean, if you are fluent in English and committed to shaping the future through your work in the public, private, or nonprofit sector, this program offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn, connect, and grow.

Since its launch in 2012 by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), ADEL has become the flagship platform for emerging leaders in the Atlantic region. Each year, over 40 young professionals are selected to take part in an immersive experience that blends tailored workshops with deep conversations on global issues. But the real magic happens after the training ends—participants transition directly into the Atlantic Dialogues Conference , joining seasoned policymakers, academics, and influencers for bold, open conversations about the most pressing cross-regional challenges of our time.

Beyond the fully covered travel, accommodation, and meals, participants gain lifelong access to a community that continues to collaborate long after the program ends. It’s a space where new initiatives are born, new narratives are shaped, and young voices have a seat at the table with global decision-makers.

If you’re ready to elevate your leadership journey, expand your worldview, and be part of a growing network of visionaries, now is the time to apply. The application window is open from May 6 through June 14, 2026.
