Applications are now open for the Enlight Fellowship, an international, fully funded program supporting emerging leaders building innovative solutions that improve youth mental wellbeing worldwide.

Backed by the Enlight Foundation and delivered in partnership with the Watson Institute, the fellowship equips social innovators with leadership skills, entrepreneurial tools, and a global support network to expand their impact.

About the Fellowship

The program is designed for founders and changemakers developing initiatives that respond to youth mental health challenges locally or globally.

Participants join an international cohort of innovators and receive intensive training, mentorship, and coaching aimed at strengthening both leadership capacity and organizational growth.

The fellowship begins with an immersive learning experience where fellows collaborate closely, exchange ideas, and establish long-term peer connections.

Programme Timeline

• Priority Application Deadline: 5 July 2026
• Final Selection Announced: 20 July 2026
• Fellowship Period: 17 August – 18 December 2026

In-Person Immersive Options

Fellows attend one mandatory immersive experience:

• Boulder, United States, or
• Shanghai, China

Regional networking gatherings will also take place throughout the fellowship.

Time Commitment

• Approximately 8–10 hours per week
• Weekly virtual workshops (Tuesday–Thursday)
• Mentorship sessions, community engagement, and summit preparation activities
