Applications are now open for the Global Changemaker Academy for Parliamentarians (GCAP) 2026, a prestigious, fully funded leadership programme designed for policymakers shaping the future of land restoration and sustainable governance.
This high-level academy will take place alongside the UNCCD COP17, offering participants a rare opportunity to engage directly in global environmental negotiations and policy dialogues.
About the Programme
The Global Changemaker Academy for Parliamentarians is a five-day immersive experience that brings together 30 Members of Parliament from across the world. The programme focuses on strengthening leadership, collaboration, and policy innovation around land restoration and environmental sustainability.
Hosted in Ulaanbaatar, the academy runs in parallel with key international discussions under the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification framework.
