Founded in 2017 as the Summer Leaders' Summit & Retreat by Mwangi Mukami, MLOVE is a premium multidisciplinary and multicultural fellowship for NextGen leaders with high potential who are underresourced but have a high impact.

Young leaders can be vulnerable and safe in this 12-month programme that explores experiential leadership. It also gives them the opportunity to work and partner with others, learn from top-notch professors, and develop into just leaders.

A financial stipend, coaching and mentoring, and other resources are provided to MLOVE Fellows to help them devise, identify, and carry out a strategy that will offer them an advantage in a complicated and changing environment.

Objective
Sub-Saharan With 70% of its people under 30, Africa has the youngest population in the world. Nearly two thirds of this group come from low-income families and are underemployed. Africa has immense potential that is currently being wasted.
The MLOVE programme is run by and for young people. By giving NextGen leaders a platform to learn, innovate, and interact with others to achieve goals that matter to them, they create a better world.
