Fully Funded :Apply for the Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders Program
The goal of the Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders programme is to give up-and-coming leaders the tools, connections, and expertise they need to take on the most important global issues of our day.
With the help of the Tällberg Foundation's extensive global network, TLML seeks to discover and develop up-and-coming leaders who have enormous potential in order to hasten their development into influential figures.
When it comes to supporting global, values-based leadership, the Tällberg Foundation is deeply committed to doing so. They contend that leaders who act with courage, ingenuity, perseverance, devotion to universal ideals, and, most importantly, an awareness that global problems require global solutions are the only ones who can envision and pursue lasting solutions in a world racked by existential crises.
Through a targeted, year-long process of dialogue and cooperation, TLML pairs up-and-coming leaders from a wide range of nations and disciplines with similarly diverse experienced leaders in an effort to expedite the development of high-potential leaders.
With a focus on values-based leadership, the TLML programme develops participants' knowledge and abilities in this area. Global leaders and participants are matched through research, questionnaires, and interviews.
The programme starts in January with an in-person workshop. Thereafter, there are monthly virtual sessions, group discussions, and pulse checks. A certificate of completion is awarded to graduates, and they join Tällberg's international network. The program's goal is to assist leaders in overcoming obstacles in the early 21st century.
Don't miss out on the application deadline which is 15 May 2024.
