Fully Funded BS, MS, PhD : Apply for the 2025/26 ARICE Scholarship in Romania
The ARICE Scholarship 2025 in Romania is now accepting applications. Each year, 40 scholarships are awarded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) to international students wishing to enrol at Romanian authorised state universities to study bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Applications for the ARICE Scholarship Program are accepted from candidates worldwide, with the exception of EU and EFTA member states.
Additionally, applicants will receive a free one-year Romanian language course to help them learn the language, and there is no application cost. Additional information regarding the prerequisites, financial advantages, and application procedure for the ARICE Scholarship is provided below.
Candidates in the following priority areas are given preference: economics and business administration; agricultural sciences; technical sciences; oil and gas; other subjects taken into consideration

Except for EU citizens, all nationals are eligible for the scholarship.
Citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states are given preference.
Citizens of Romania are not eligible.
Eligible citizens are those who have applied for protection in Romania.
Eligibility is denied to citizens who hold a permanent residency permit in Romania.
