Our mission at Airbus is to lead the way in sustainable aircraft for a secure and cohesive global community. Through our Community Impact initiative, we prioritise enabling change for vulnerable people in the areas of youth development and environmental impact. We also promote sustainable solutions that address needs identified by the community.

We fund cutting-edge initiatives and forms of education that give marginalised populations more fair access to both economic and educational opportunities. We also support the development of resilience and climate adaptation strategies that address the effects of climate change on the economy, society, and ecosystems.

The One Young World Summit 2024 will be held in Montréal, Canada, from September 18–21. We are pleased to be collaborating with One Young World to find and connect an interdisciplinary team of five dedicated young leaders who are working on creative solutions for climate adaptation and resilience or enabling social equity through education, skill development, or employability solutions.

The One Young World Summit 2024 will be held in Montréal, Canada from September 18–21, and the selected candidates will get a fully financed scholarship to attend. Scholars can take part in follow-up meetings with Airbus to assist scale and expedite their efforts, and they will attend the Summit as part of Airbus' delegation.

*The majority of delegates are in the age range of 18 to 30. Applications from those over 30 will be taken into consideration by the One Young World team, provided that they can demonstrate the necessary initiative, personal impact, and engagement. Applications from individuals who will be younger than 18 at the Summit will not be accepted.
