Are you passionate about capacity building and the clean energy transition? The Transforming Energy Access – Learning Partnership (TEA-LP) is creating a new Continued Professional Development (CPD) course and is seeking expert contributors to join them!

The Transforming Energy Access – Learning Partnership (TEA-LP) brings together universities and stakeholders from Africa, South Asia, and the Indo-Pacific region, with a shared goal of cultivating a highly skilled workforce to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy for all. Our university partners are focused on delivering innovative, relevant Master’s level programs, while our Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses are designed to support professionals already working in the energy sector. Additionally, TEA-LP is building a network of expertise from the Global South.

About TEA-LP
TEA-LP operates through three complementary work packages that:

  • Assist universities in developing and improving curricula that prepare Master’s graduates to meet energy access goals both locally and globally.
  • Foster sector growth through the creation and implementation of new CPD courses.
  • Significantly enhance networking opportunities, addressing the pressing need for greater visibility and recognition of Southern expertise in the energy access sector.

Through these initiatives, TEA-LP is broadening its networking capabilities for universities, students, and other key stakeholders, collaboratively tackling the energy access challenge.

TEA-LP is part of the Transforming Energy Access platform, a research and innovation hub dedicated to supporting the technologies, business models, and skills necessary for a just and inclusive clean energy transition.

This accredited course will empower professionals with advanced knowledge and skills to support the renewable energy transition.

They are looking for experts to help design engaging and impactful modules in the following areas:

🔹 Durability, Reusability & Recycling
🔹 Circular Economy & Circularity
🔹 Finance & Business Models
🔹 Policy & Regulation
