Entries for the China Link Scholarship Programme are now being accepted. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) has created the China Link Scholarship Programme for foreign academics and staff who wish to engage in research and academic activities in China.
The programme is to establish a platform for international exchanges and young talent cooperation, as well as to promote academic friendships and mutual understanding between younger generations in China and elsewhere.

When visiting China, visitors will be given:

Eligibility Criteria
retain strong physical and mental health and citizenship in a country other than the People's Republic of China.Be employed as a full-time academic staff member or enrolled full-time as a student at one of CSC's international partner institutions (international University List.xlsx) at the time of application and for the duration of their expected stay in China.You have to be under 45 years old to be eligible for general scholars. Being under 50 years old is a requirement for applying for senior scholar status.

Application Procedure
Document Requirement: All electronically submitted documents must be scanned copies of the originals. With the exception of the ID photo, it is recommended to scan the documents in colour in PDF format.Any original documents that are not in Chinese or English must be uploaded with the originals after being translated into one of those languages and notarized.
The application process for a scholarship at Donghua University requires several documents. These include a passport and visa page, a Certificate of Highest Education, transcripts of high education, a study plan, a Foreigner Physical Examination Record, and a report on non-criminal records. Applicants must contact DHU professors or research groups for initial acceptance or contact the DHU International Student Office. They should then submit an online application to Donghua University, which will review the application and provide a Pre-admission Letter. The decision on the scholarship will be communicated to DHU academics or research groups and the applicant, who will then communicate the decision to CSC.
