FULLY FUNDED TO GERMANY : Apply for the CrossCulture Fellowships 2025 

The CrossCulture Program (CCP) Fellowships offer 55 to 60 scholarships to professionals and volunteers from over 40 countries. Recipients spend two to three months working with host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries, allowing them to enhance their expertise, build valuable connections, and develop intercultural skills. Host organizations benefit from the fellows' specialized knowledge, regional insights, and networks.

Participants also engage in transcultural workshops, networking, and specialized events organized by the CCP. Upon returning home, they apply the knowledge and experience gained to their work in their local organizations.

For 2025, the CCP Fellowships will be offered as in-person scholarships, though participants can opt for a digital format based on personal circumstances and entry regulations. The program is contingent on funding from the Federal Foreign Office.

What does the funding cover?
The CCP Fellowship aims to empower and support civil society actors in their work. The funding provides the following opportunities:

- Collaboration with a host organization within the CCP network
- Mentorship throughout the fellowship
- Specialized training (either online or in-person) in the fellow's area of expertise
- A transcultural workshop
- Networking with other CCP fellows
- Access to the Alumni:ae network
- Participation in an additional event focusing on gender and diversity or the culture of remembrance

ifa provides the following financial support for international scholarship holders:

Eligibility Criteria
What conditions need to be fulfilled?

23 years old is the minimum age to apply.
Professional experience: Two or more years of experience working professionally or volunteering for a civil society organisation in one's home country
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Good health for an extended stay overseas (please contact us at crossculture@ifa.de if you have any questions).
Criteria for exclusion: Students are not allowed to take part in the program.
