Fully Funded to India : Apply for the Sports for Transformation Fellowship in India

With the Dani Foundation's Sports for Transformation Fellowship 2024, get your journey started! From June 2024 to May 2026, embark on an exciting two-year journey that will involve six action-packed days a week where you will develop as a leader and use athletics to benefit communities.

The SfT Fellowship is India’s top sports for development initiative. This residential, multidisciplinary programme seeks to bring together young people who are passionate about using sports to change society for the better.

Program Benefits
In addition to housing and travel reimbursements, fellows get an 18000 INR stipend.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 26.
- Minimum educational requirements are a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in India or beyond.
- Language Proficiency: Comfortable in reading and writing in English.
- Passion for Change: a strong desire to use athletics to promote positive social change and a comfort level working with kids from diverse backgrounds.
- Preferred Experiences (Optional): Athletic enthusiasts with district, state, or national competition experience
- Individuals with 6-12 months of experience working with children/young adults.
- individuals having background in community development in areas such as rights, gender, health, and sanitation
