The Republic of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Science and Higher Education is accepting applications from overseas students, including those who are nationals of another country but have Kazakh ancestry, for full-time enrollment in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programmes.

The scholarships allocation includes 490 for bachelor degree programs, 50 for master degree programs, and 10 for PhD degree programs.
