Applications are open for the Mediterranean Youth Academy (MYA), offering young leaders from the Euro-Mediterranean region the chance to strengthen their skills, engage in dialogue, and play an active role in shaping policies that address shared regional challenges.

Location & Dates: Nice, France | 13–17 November 2025 (including travel days)

Program Focus:
Participants will take part in a four-day training program designed to build capacity and promote youth engagement in decision-making processes. Thematic clusters for MYA 2025 include:
1️⃣ Climate Action & Climate Justice
2️⃣ Gender Equity & Transformation
3️⃣ Youth Employment & Entrepreneurship

About MYA:
The initiative uses non-formal education as a tool to provide Mediterranean youth with relevant, practical skills, while promoting awareness and empowerment. Previous editions were hosted in Cairo, Alexandria, and Barcelona, in collaboration with partners such as the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), GIZ, Anna Lindh Foundation, IEMed, IOM, UNDP, and others.
