Fully Funded To USA : Apply for the 2026 Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program

The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program brings together a vibrant global network of emerging changemakers dedicated to tackling some of today's most pressing challenges. Through CEE, passionate young leaders gain the knowledge, tools, and support needed to create cross-sector strategies that foster thriving, inclusive communities both in the United States and internationally.

This year-long leadership journey targets civil society professionals aged 21 to 27, helping them master the art of building connections, leveraging information, and driving positive social change.

The fellowship experience includes:

  • Three-Month U.S. Practicum: CEE fellows are placed with civil society organizations across the United States, where they engage in immersive, hands-on work. Throughout the practicum, fellows receive guidance and support from dedicated supervisors and colleagues.

  • Leadership and Civic Engagement Academy: Fellows dive deep into key program topics through an engaging curriculum that blends experiential learning, in-person workshops, mentoring relationships, professional coaching, and access to a global alumni network.

  • Community Engagement Project (CEP): Fellows, with input from their U.S. host organizations and mentors, design and prepare a project to implement back home. These projects aim to address community needs and strengthen local resilience.

  • CEP Exchange: In a unique cross-cultural exchange, selected U.S. hosts and CEE advisors travel to fellows' home countries to collaborate on project execution, exchange expertise, and share lessons that can inspire community-driven solutions both abroad and back in the United States.

Don't miss out on the application deadline which is  May 22, 2025.
