FULLY FUNDED TO USA  : Apply for the Community Solutions Program Application Information

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-long leadership development initiative designed for experienced community leaders dedicated to improving their communities in areas such as democracy, human rights, the environment, peacebuilding, and gender equality.

The program includes a four-month practicum in the U.S., personalized leadership coaching, graduate-level leadership training, and a six-month community project upon return to their home country.

Key components of CSP include:

- Four-month U.S. Fellowship: Fellows are paired with host organizations in the U.S., where they engage in a hands-on practicum to enhance their technical skills.
- Community Leadership Institute: Fellows participate in a leadership curriculum that includes in-person training, online courses, professional coaching, and networking opportunities, aimed at developing their leadership and management skills.
- Community-based Projects: Fellows, with support from their U.S. hosts, design a community development project to implement back home. After completing the U.S. fellowship, they carry out a six-month follow-up project in their own communities.
