The Presidential Precinct has opened applications for the Corporate Leaders Program 2026, a fully funded leadership exchange designed for African CEOs and senior executives leading small and medium enterprises.

This short-term accelerator aims to strengthen global business leadership, expand international networks, and equip executives with advanced strategic and management skills to scale their enterprises and deepen global trade engagement.

Program Highlights

Selected participants will take part in an intensive leadership experience in Charlottesville, Virginia, and Washington, DC, from 18–25 April 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to African CEOs and senior executives, including those in the African diaspora, who lead established enterprises and meet the following criteria:

- Company operational for at least two years

- 50–200 employees

- Annual revenue of at least USD 1.5 million

- Active involvement in bilateral trade or investment in Africa

- Demonstrated commitment to community service, mentoring, or social impact

- Proficient in English and able to travel to the United States
