Applicants should typically be between 32 and 45 years old at the time of the fellowship.

A minimum of five years living in, or holding citizenship of, the country where the application is submitted is required.

Strong command of the English language is necessary.

Participants must be available to fully engage in the program without other professional obligations.

Individuals who have participated in a fellowship program within the past two years are not eligible.
