We give every Fellow:
Participation in our unique Head, Heart, Hands online leadership program, which runs for a full year
coaching in small groups and one-on-one settings to help them grow personally and lead social innovation initiatives
Contemplative Leadership Assembly participation with international fellows and vibrant faculty
lifetime membership in our worldwide support network and learning community.

To meet the minimum eligibility criteria, candidates must demonstrate the following through their application:

- **Age Requirements**: 20-36 years old as of April 1, 2025
- **Fluency in English**: Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- **Engagement in Social Change**: Active involvement in or clear plans for a social change initiative, with ongoing commitment to the project throughout the fellowship year
- **Community Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the community and the issue the project addresses, ideally with at least one year of prior experience working with the community
- **Interest in Contemplative Practices**: Willingness to learn and engage in contemplative practices during the fellowship
- **Commitment to Program Participation**: Dedication to engaging fully in all program activities, including the online learning platform, 1-on-1 coaching calls, group learning sessions, and more
- **Time Commitment**: Expectation of around 12 hours per month for fellowship activities, excluding time spent on the candidate's own project work
- **Attendance Requirement**: Participation in the Contemplative Leadership Assembly in July 2025, with DLF covering travel, lodging, and meal expenses for the event.
